As an Accounts Payable professional in the not-for-profit sector in Cranbrook, you'll be handling the day-to-day processing of invoices and payments to ensure the organisation's finances run smoothly. This temporary role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organised, who enjoys working with numbers and supporting financial operations.

Description

• Process supplier invoices promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Handle payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system.
• Respond to supplier queries and provide excellent support.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider finance and accountancy team to support operations.

Profile

• A successful Accounts Payable professional will have experience in the above and be on short notice

Job Offer

• Hourly pay between £16-20 ph, dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary position within the not-for-profit sector.
• Part Time 3 days per week for 3 months
