We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join a fast-paced FMCG environment in Maidstone. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of operational activities.

Description

• Finished goods to be booked into system after completion to enable goods to be dispatched
• Provide the Loading instructions and Spec labels as part of the batch document
• Support/Cover daily planning of the production/packing programs as and when required
• Dealing with allocation or document queries and authorising batch changes for Production/Warehouse
• Minimising plan changes wherever possible by working closely with production Team Leaders to match workload with resource
• Participation in meetings as requested

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Logistics Administrator within the FMCG industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using planning tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
