AIR CONDITIONING / HVAC ENGINEER REQUIRED

South East | Witham Based | £240–£300 Per Day OR £48,000–£55,000+ PAYE

Premier Recruitment Hub is looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join an established property maintenance company and valued client of ours.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer who is happy to travel across the South East, including Essex, London and Kent.

⛽ Fuel card provided
💷 £240–£300 per day, depending on experience
💼 Permanent PAYE option available – approximately £48,000–£55,000+
📍 Witham based
🔧 Ongoing work with an established property maintenance company

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for carrying out HVAC maintenance, servicing, repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial properties.

We’re looking for an engineer who is confident working independently, has good technical knowledge and is happy travelling between sites.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experienced HVAC Engineer
• Strong maintenance and fault-finding skills
• Commercial/property maintenance experience preferred
• Relevant HVAC qualifications
• Happy to travel across the South East
• Professional, reliable and customer focused
• Able to work independently

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

Contract: £240–£300 per day
Permanent: £48,000–£55,000+ PAYE depending on experience
