Approved Electricians x 3 (ECS Gold Card required)

£42000-£44000 + Van (private use) + Overtime + Benefits

Our client is an award-winning building services consultancy, and they are currently looking for 3 Approved Electricians to join an existing team of 12 in the London area. To apply for the role, the successful applicants will need their Gold Card with either 2391 or 2394/5 being advantageous but not essential.

Established 40 years ago, they hold prestigious contracts across the London/South-East area and the successful Approved Electricians will work on a select number of these sites carrying out PPM, Install and EICR (test & inspect). Training courses will be provided on EV and the successful applicants will also be put through their 2391 if required.

To apply for the Approved Electrician position the following experience is required

• 5+ years working as a fully qualified electrician
• Hold the following certificates – 18th Edition, AM2/AM2S, NVQ Level 3, ECS Gold Card
• Beneficial qualifications – 2391 or 2394/5 & Electric Charging (EV)
• DBS checked
• Full Driving License

Work in the most part will be in normal working hours, but some sites will need to be vacated to carry out EICR work. Evening work will happen once a month with Monday-Thursday being nights and then Friday being a rest day (you will be paid for all 5 days at time and a half). They will also offer all staff a minimum of 20 hours overtime a month at a premium rate to help deliver on project requests.

With an extensive benefits package with uncapped overtime and a performance related bonus by joining our client the Approved Electrician can expect to earn over £55,000 (Uncapped). With work planned a month in advance, all electricians are given the autonomy to map out their work schedule and will also have a top admin team on hand to help with any quoting or additional paperwork.
