£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a Architectural Technologist with a background working on RIBA Stages 0-6 using Revit looking to join a close-knit, successful chartered architectural practice where you will be given full autonomy to lead exciting projects, take on key leadership responsibilities, and establish yourself as a go-to technical expert within the business?

This award winning chartered architectural practice have been providing solutions to clients for over 100 years. They values modern and sustainable designs which solve problems for clients within Education, Science, Manufacturing, and Corporate sectors specialising on large-scale projects. Their small but friendly offices just outside of Preston encourage group collaboration and learning.

In this role you will take ownership of projects, utilising your technical expertise to deliver premium architectural solutions, from concept to completion. You will be given autonomy to lead projects and collaborate with clients and internal teams. This is a Monday-Friday office based role, located just outside of Preston

This role would suit Architectural Technologist with a background working using Revit looking to join a close-knit, successful chartered architectural practice where they can develop their career and portfolio whilst working on creative exciting projects.

The Role:

• Manage architectural projects across RIBA Stages 0-6, from design development through to completion
• Liaise with internal and external teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standard
• Office based in Preston

The Person:

• Architectural Technologist
• Background using Revit day-today
