Assistant Commercial Manager – Major Infrastructure

Conrad Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure programme.

This role will suit a commercially focused professional with at least five years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of NEC3 contracts.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting contract administration and payment processes.
• Assisting with change management and commercial reporting.
• Monitoring contractual obligations and commercial risks.
• Working with project and site teams to support effective delivery.

Requirements:

• Five or more years of relevant commercial experience.
• Good knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
• Understanding of payment, change control and contract administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

The role requires approximately three days per week on site in Suffolk.
