The role
As a Assistant manager you will run the restaurant on a day to day basis within the restaurant, you will have good service levels, you will greet customers and ensure the shift runs smoothly. This role includes all the standard assistant restaurant manager duties

Experience
We are looking for a assistant manager from a fresh food background, ideally some knowledge of rosette will be great or fresh food, you will also be able to set the culture
