Assistant Site Manager – Whitstable, Kent

Location: Whitstable, Kent
Duration: Permanent position. Current project running until summer 2027, with the opportunity to move onto a follow-on project in Whitfield, Essex.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Site Manager to join a project in Whitstable, Kent.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within construction. Extensive experience isn't essential; we're particularly interested in candidates with the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• A proactive, positive attitude with a good work ethic.

• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced site environment.

• Previous experience with a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous but isn't essential.

• Ideally based around Dartford or the surrounding areas.

The current project is due to run until summer 2027, with the opportunity to move onto a follow-on project in Whitfield, Essex, offering the potential for longer-term continuity.
