Pay: £100 per day
Hours: Full-time, term time

Good at building trust with young people who find school difficult?

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Behaviour Mentor in High Wycombe to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

You'll provide consistent encouragement, help pupils manage difficult moments and support their return to learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and small-group support.

• Helping pupils recognise emotions and develop coping strategies.

• Maintaining clear, calm and consistent boundaries.

• Supporting engagement, confidence and positive relationships.

Experience in mentoring, youth work, alternative provision, SEND or residential support would be relevant. We're looking for someone who stays calm, listens well and understands the importance of consistency.

This Behaviour Mentor role pays £100 per day. Apply with your CV.
