Bench Hand Joiner – Permanent

Salary: £33,000–£35,500 per annum | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours

We're recruiting for two experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join an established business on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid workshop joinery experience who is looking for a change of environment, a new challenge or a long-term position.

What's on offer:

• Salary of £33,000–£35,500 per annum, depending on experience
• Permanent, full-time employment
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
• 29 days' annual leave, including 14 designated business closure days

The role:

• Carry out bench joinery work to a high standard within a workshop environment
• Work confidently with workshop tools, machinery and equipment
• Maintain accuracy, quality and attention to detail
• Work alongside the wider team to meet production deadlines
• Undertake overtime, weekend working and occasional working away when required

What we're looking for:

• Good experience working in a joinery workshop
• Strong practical bench joinery skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full, clean driving licence
• Flexibility for contractual overtime, weekend work and occasional working away
