Bodyshop MET Technician

Monday to Friday, No Weekends!

Up to £50,000 Basic Salary!

Full Training and Development!

Only requires a bit of experience!

Dartford / Gravesend Area

Let's face it – everyone wants experienced MET Technicians.

The problem is, nobody wants to give the next generation a chance.

Our client sees things differently.

They're a busy, well-established Accident Repair Centre with a strong reputation, a full workshop and plenty of work coming through the doors. What they're looking for now is someone who has already started their MET career and wants to take it further.

You don't need 10 years' experience. You don't need every manufacturer qualification under the sun.

What you do need is the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the drive to become a top-class technician.

The workshop has experienced people around you, support when you need it and a management team that understands that good technicians aren't found overnight – they're developed.

The role itself is exactly what you'd expect. Stripping vehicles, refitting components, working alongside the wider repair team and making sure vehicles go back out the door repaired properly.

What they’re looking for:

• Some previous MET, Strip & Fit or bodyshop experience
• A genuine interest in vehicle repair
• Someone who takes pride in doing a job properly
• A team player who wants to keep learning and improving

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £50,000 depending on experience
• Monday-Friday only (8am-5:30pm). No weekends!
• Ongoing training and development
• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
