Job Role: Building Service Engineer – Nights Only

Salary: 53k

Location: Waterloo

Hours:  Monday – Thursday 10pm – 6am

Benefits: Overtime + Progression + Training

An excellent opportunity has become vacant on my desk. My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK’s leading FM company in a Commercial building within Waterloo. A salary up to 53k with the chance to boost your earnings with overtime.

Key Tasks:

• Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, seals, motors, AHU’S
• Diagnose faults and carryout necessary remedial repair on systems, plant and equipment when required
• Work in accordance with given instructions, safe working practices and method statements ensuring relevant documentation is completed in an accurate timely manner and filed correctly
• Carry out PPM and reactive tasks
• Be a good communicator and work well in a team

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ mechanical engineering, plumbing or heating ventilation level 1, 2,
• 2+ years minimum experience
