CAD/CAM Offline Programmer
Salary: £22.00 – £25.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime

CAD/CAM Offline Programmer - Key Responsibilities

• CAM Programming: Create, optimize, and modify precision toolpaths using Autodesk PowerMill or Fusion.
• Multi-Machine Management: Efficiently generate concurrent programming strategies for multiple CNC milling machines.
• Documentation: Produce clear, accurate cut sheets and setup documentation for machine operators.
• Problem Solving: Troublshoot programming issues and refine strategies live on the shop floor during production.
• Drawing Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet strict delivery deadlines. 

CAD/CAM Offline Programmer - What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as an offline CNC Programmer.
• High proficiency in Autodesk PowerMill or Fusion software.
• Strong background in CNC milling operations and capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings accurately.
