The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play an important role in the continued success of the dealership, building customer relationships and maximising opportunities across both new and used car sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling new and used vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Managing customer enquiries, showroom appointments, telephone leads and online enquiries.

• Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Identifying customer requirements and offering suitable vehicles and finance solutions.

• Maximising sales opportunities, finance penetration and additional products.

• Maintaining effective customer follow-up, prospecting and lead management.

• Working towards achievable sales targets and dealership objectives.

About You

We would welcome applications from candidates who demonstrate:

• Previous Car Sales Executive or Motor Trade Sales Experience – Preferred

• Strong Sales Experience from Other Industries – Considered

• Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills

• A Positive, Professional & Enthusiastic Attitude

• A Strong Work Ethic and Desire to Earn

• Confidence in Building Customer Relationships

• A Self-Motivated and Results-Driven Approach

• A Full UK Driving Licence
