We’re recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join an established main dealer in Eastbourne, offering excellent earning potential and a fantastic benefits package.

The Opportunity

Previous automotive sales experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential.

We’re also open to candidates from other sales backgrounds who have the right attitude, confidence and a real hunger to succeed.

You'll be working with customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to maximise every sale.

With typical performers earning £45,000–£50,000+, and top performers earning £90,000+, there is genuine earning potential for someone who is prepared to put the work in.

There is also a 6-month earnings guarantee of up to £30,000 pro rata, giving you valuable security while you settle into the role.

What’s on Offer

• £15,995 basic salary
• £30,000 pro rata 6-month earnings guarantee
• OTE of £45,000–£50,000+ for typical performers
• Top performers earning £90,000+
• Around 12–15 cars per month can deliver £45k–£50k earnings
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6pm
• Saturday, 9am–5pm
• 1 in 3 Sundays, 10am–4pm
• 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company car
• Fuel card, including personal use
• CBS scheme available for family
• Healthcare scheme
• On-site parking for demonstrator vehicles

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Ideally experienced in automotive sales, although this isn't essential
• Alternatively, has a successful sales background and wants to move into the motor trade
• Confident, personable and customer focused
• Target driven and commercially minded
• Energetic, ambitious and willing to go the extra mile
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a bit of "go" about them — someone who is hungry to succeed and wants to earn well.
