Greathed Manor Nursing Home is a welcoming and family-oriented care home, dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents. We’re currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Both day and night shifts are available, offering you the flexibility to work in a way that suits your lifestyle.

Pay & Hours:

• Starting rate: £13.10 per hour

• Enhanced overtime rate available

• Flexible shifts available (Day and Night)

About You:
Experience in a care role is desirable but not essential — we’re looking for people with the right attitude and a caring nature. If you are compassionate, reliable, and hardworking, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

• Reliable and able to work well under pressure

• Willingness to undertake relevant training and qualifications

• Able to work empathetically and respectfully with residents and families
