Westward H | £13.17–£13.42 per hour | 36 hours per week

Our Client is looking for caring, friendly and dedicated Care Assistants to join their team and help residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.

The Role

• Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect.
• Follow residents’ individual care plans and support their wellbeing.
• Encourage residents to enjoy activities and maintain their independence.
• Assist with meals, mobility and everyday tasks.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home.
• Work as part of a supportive care team.

About You

• A kind, patient and compassionate nature.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to learn.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
