Job Description:

CARPENTER – MAIDSTONE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy residential project in Maidstone.

Duties will include:

• Installation of M&E letterboxes to commercial areas
• Removal of temporary doors
• Removal of loading bay timbers
• Completion of final bathroom boxings
• Fitting signage to site hoarding
• Installation of ground floor window boards
• Completing final carpentry works in additional show flats
• Making good to lighting plots
• Fitting timber doors to basement areas
• Installation of tower access door
• Fitting riser cupboard threshold details

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Proven carpentry experience
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to work from drawings and snagging lists
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
