Are you an experienced self-employed carpenter who is tired of chasing jobs, chasing payment, chasing materials?

Are you spending your valuable time producing countless estimates and quotes for them all to go nowhere? 

Experienced Carpenter required for a long-term, self-employed opportunity with a highly respected, independent building company based in Bromley, Kent. This top quality company specialises in building high end residential extensions, loft conversions and complete residential refurbishments.

Several long-term projects are already in the pipeline stretching well in to next year.

Weekly pay - via CIS

The types of projects include:

• Single / double storey and wrap around extensions
• Internal Refurbishments
• Room Repurposing / Garage Conversions
• Office rip-outs / re-fits

The ideal person should possess their own van, tools and they should live in (or around) the Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham (or relative) areas.

1st / 2nd fix Carpentry should be your main trade, but it would be highly beneficial if you were also proficient in some of the following:

• General building
• Plaster boarding / Rendering
• Internal Tiling, Grouting and Floor Screeding
• Sealant / Mastic work
