A busy engineering construction firm is seeking skilled, reliable Carpenters to join a long-term project near Thame. This role offers continuous, stable work based on a single site with regular weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality second-fix carpentry work to exact specifications
• Collaborating with the on-site construction team to maintain project deadlines
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a professional finish

Requirements:

• Proven experience focusing on high-quality second-fix carpentry
• Own basic hand tools, power tools, and full PPE
• Reliable independent transport to travel to and from the site daily
• Self-employed status (CIS registered preferred)
