Change Manager – Major Infrastructure

Job description

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support change control and governance on a major infrastructure programme.

Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will help manage change processes, evaluate impacts and ensure proposed changes are properly documented and approved.

Requirements:

• Approximately five to ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing change control processes.
• Understanding of cost, programme and risk impacts.
• Strong reporting, analytical and communication skills.
• Major infrastructure experience desirable.

Candidates with backgrounds in nuclear, energy, rail, aviation, utilities, highways or defence are encouraged to apply.

The role offers hybrid working, with one to two days per week on site in Suffolk.
