Ofsted-Registered Children’s Home Manager – Bradford

Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager looking for your next career move?

I am currently keen to speak with experienced residential childcare professionals for a Registered Manager role for a 3 bed EBD home in Bradford.

• Registered Manager role

• Full-time, permanent 

• Salary £55,000+ £3k bonus plus package

• Opportunities to lead and develop residential children’s homes

• Roles focused on safeguarding, therapeutic care and positive outcomes for children and young people

What I’m looking for:

• Experience within residential childcare or children’s residential services

• Previous Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or senior leadership experience

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards completion, where required

• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and regulatory compliance

• A passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality, child-centred care
