Class 2 HGV Multi-Drop Driver

Overview
Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (HGV) Drivers to join a busy temperature-controlled distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers seeking ongoing full-time work with guaranteed weekly hours following successful completion of a paid induction and assessment process.

Pay Rates

• £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
• £24.60 per hour on Saturdays (including holiday pay)

Working Pattern

• Any 5 days from 7, generally 5am–7am starts
• Monday to Saturday operation
• Drivers must be available to work alternate Saturdays on an ongoing basis
• Guaranteed 45 hours per week following successful induction

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries to customer locations
• Ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Complete all required delivery documentation
• Adhere to all road transport legislation and company procedures
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
• Follow all health and safety guidelines at customer and depot locations

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Proven experience in multi-drop delivery work
• Experience within temperature-controlled distribution preferred
• Good geographical knowledge and route-planning skills
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively
