About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a full time Cleaner for our client based in Leeds (LS26), due to location and start times, it would be preferred if candidates drove with their own transport.

You will be responsible for delivering high standards of cleaning throughout the site, including welfare facilities, offices and communal areas. The role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace while following health & safety and COSHH procedures

All job offers will be subject to passing a DBS check

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out industrial cleaning, housekeeping and sanitation duties within a busy warehouse environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness across production, office and welfare areas
• Complete routine and deep cleaning tasks, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures
• Operate cleaning equipment including scrubber dryers and sweepers, conducting basic checks and ensuring equipment is kept clean and serviceable
• Manage waste disposal, recycling and waste segregation, ensuring all materials are handled safely and prepared for collection
• Respond to spillages and cleaning requests promptly, supporting a safe, clean and organised workplace at all times
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent attention to detail and housekeeping standards

Pay Rate:

• Days - £12.94
• Nights - £13.44

Working Hours:

• 4 shifts on / 4 shifts off - shifts do not rotate
• 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am
• 12-hour shifts
• Full Time Only
• Guaranteed work until beginning of January
