Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Offline CNC Programmer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CNC programming using Fusion 360 or PowerMill software and a strong understanding of CNC operations. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, ensuring high levels of precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes using Fusion 360 or PowerMill.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate programming.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve design for manufacturability.
• Conduct simulations and verify programs to ensure proper operation and cycle times.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and provide solutions to enhance productivity.
• Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and changes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during programming and production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on offline programming.
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 and/or PowerMill software.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant technical degree or certification is a plus.
