Commercial Manager – Major Infrastructure

Job description

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Commercial Manager with strong NEC3 experience to support a major infrastructure programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, payment assessment, change management and the day-to-day management of commercial matters on a complex project.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of NEC3 commercial experience.
• Strong contract administration and payment management skills.
• Experience managing contractual change and commercial risk.
• Ability to work effectively with site teams and project stakeholders.

The position requires regular site presence in Suffolk, approximately three days per week.
