Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor

Ashford, Kent

£30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £35,000)
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
1-in-2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm
Optional Overtime Available

We're working with a well-established commercial vehicle dealership looking to add an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor to its aftersales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, professional workshop supporting a fleet of heavy goods vehicles, working alongside manufacturer-trained technicians in a modern environment. The dealership has a strong focus on keeping customers on the road with efficient service and minimal downtime.

The Role

• Booking HGVs into the workshop for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Managing customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Preparing estimates and job cards.
• Liaising with technicians to keep customers updated.
• Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout the repair process.
• Working closely with the parts department to maximise workshop efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within HGV or commercial vehicles would be a distinct advantage.

• £30,000 basic salary
• Bonus scheme taking earnings to around £35,000 OTE

• Monday-Friday working with only 1-in-2 Saturday mornings
