🌙 Shifts: Night work may be required for an extended period

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support a long-term construction and infrastructure project in East London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating contractors and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Flexibility to undertake night shifts is essential, as night work may be required for some time.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Supervising site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensuring works comply with health and safety requirements.
• Monitoring progress, quality and programme delivery.
• Coordinating site resources and resolving operational issues.
• Liaising with project management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong site management and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures and site operations.
• Flexibility to work nights for an extended period where required.
• Previous rail experience is preferred.
