Project Manager / Construction Manager – Dublin Airport

€95,000–€110,000 Base Salary | Night-Work Premium Negotiable at offer stage

The CSR Group are working with an established main contractor who is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager for a terminal façade project at Dublin Airport.

This is an opportunity to lead a technically challenging project in a live airport environment, where careful planning, specialist subcontractor coordination and safe delivery are essential.

Package

• Indicative base salary: €95,000–€110,000, depending on experience.
• Additional night-work premium open to discussion.
• Full-time position.

Working Hours

• Approximately 20:00–05:00, five nights per week, for the first 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme planning, procurement and project delivery.
• Coordinate façade specialists, site teams and design consultants.
• Plan access, deliveries and work sequences around airport operations.
• Manage costs, risks and client progress reporting.
• Drive safety, quality and effective handovers between shifts.

Requirements

• Proven Project or Construction Management experience with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering façade, refurbishment or complex building projects.
• Strong planning, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Airport or other live operational environment experience would be advantageous.
• Available to work the stated night-shift pattern.
