£80,000–£95,000 depending on experience

Curve Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established main contractor seeking a Contracts Manager or an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to step into contracts management.

With a potential £13m care home project in Sudbury approaching, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering major projects and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead Site Managers and project teams, ensuring quality, safety and programme targets are met.
• Manage subcontractor performance, procurement and project budgets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.

About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects within a main contracting environment.
• An established Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to take the next step.
• A strong track record of successfully delivering comparable projects and leading teams.
• Commercially aware, organised and confident managing client relationships.
