Job description

Our client a successful growing organisation that's going through a period of change is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller, based at their offices in Norwich.

We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring debt is collected in a timely fashion, queries are resolved and that credit limits are maximised to enable additional sales.

The role:

• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts.
• Chasing outstanding invoices and securing prompt payment.
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolving account queries and payment disputes efficiently.
• Monitoring aged debt and escalating potential risks.
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts.
• Supporting credit checking and risk assessment activities.
• Producing debtor reports and collection performance data.
• Assisting with month-end finance processes and reporting requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Credit Control experience
• Solid Excel skills
• Experience of reviewing Credit Limits
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

On offer:

• Salary £29,000 annual bonus
• 2 day WFH after training
