Ensure all work is carried out in line with SRA and FCA regulatory requirements
Collaborate with colleagues across the Collections & Recoveries team and wider firm
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department

What we're looking for

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
Confidence taking ownership of tasks and using your initiative
A willingness to learn and develop new skills

The Team

You'll be joining a well-established team of around 40 professionals working across a variety of specialisms, including Collections, Hardship, Deceased, Insolvency, Compliance and Administration. The team is led by Robert Thompson and Graham Wallis and is known for its collaborative approach, technical expertise and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
