Job description
I am working with 1 of the UK's largest Housing Developers who are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager for their Teams
I am looking for someone who either come from a trades or site background that has experience with New Build Aftercare
Site Locations: Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Felixstow & the surrounding areas
Day to day duties:
- Attending appointments in finished property's
- Diagnosing issues within customers property's
- Booking in sub contractors to carry out works
- Ensuring that you deliver 5* customer service on all levels
- Monitoring operative works
- Defect & Warranty Management
