Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve enquiries and provide outstanding support
• Process orders, returns, and product-related queries efficiently and accurately
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Address customer concerns professionally, providing timely resolutions and building strong customer relationships
• Support customers with product information and advice, ensuring a positive brand experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented approach
• An interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness would be advantageous
