Dealership Sales Administrator

Monday to Friday, No Weekends!

£27,500-£28,500 Depending on Experience!

Expanding and Successful Main Dealer!

An opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team in Maidstone.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing documentation, supporting sales processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, invoices, and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Manage sales paperwork, contracts, registrations, and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist with reporting and general sales administration.
• Ensure records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

About you

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Vehicle Administrator, or similar administration role.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary of £27,500 - £28,500 depending on experience.
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Monday to Friday 40 hour week working pattern.
• Free parking available nearby.
