Warehouse Operative / Administrator
Location: Norwich – NR5
Pay: £12.92 per hour
Hours: 40 per week, 5 days out of 7
Shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 13:00–22:00
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temp to perm after 12 successful weeks
Flexibility required: Working days and hours may vary depending on business needs.
We are looking for a
Warehouse Operative / Administrator to join a growing logistics team in Norwich. The role combines warehouse operations with
administration, data input and customer service, with only 1–2 hours per shift spent on parcel sorting.
Key responsibilities:- Inputting data and updating internal systems.
- General administration and record keeping.
- Handling customer enquiries and delivery queries.
- Tracking parcels and reporting issues.
- Supporting daily warehouse operations.
- Sorting and handling parcels for 1–2 hours per shift.
Requirements:- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised and flexible.
