Design Manager
Location: Cardiff

We're working with a leading contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to oversee the final stages of a major project in Cardiff, focusing on the remaining elements of the internal fit-out.
This role will involve coordinating design information, managing subcontractor and consultant interactions, resolving technical queries, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the project through to completion.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry
- Strong Tier 1 Design & Build experience
- Experience managing internal fit-out packages
- Ability to coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
- Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
- Experience managing design programmes and technical submissions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
