Job Title: Forward Tipping Dumper Driver – Welwyn Garden City – Start Tomorrow

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Temporary / Contract
Start Date: monday 26th October 2026 (immediate start)
 

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Forward Tipping Dumper Driver to join our team on a school construction project in Welwyn Garden City. This is an immediate start, so we need someone available from tomorrow.

Duties include:

• Operating a forward tipping dumper safely around a live site
• Moving muck-away, aggregates and materials around site
• Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the machine
• Working closely with the groundworks team and banksman
• Following all site rules, especially important on a school site

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card or CPCS card (Forward Tipping Dumper A09) – essential
• Proven experience driving dumpers on construction sites
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Reliable, punctual and able to start tomorrow

• [Optional: Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to get one, as this is a school site]
