Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Pay: £160-£260 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities
Hours: Full-time, term time

Your Early Years or primary teaching experience could be a strong fit for specialist education.

Prospero Teaching is recruiting an Early Years or Primary Teacher for a SEND teaching role in Aylesbury.

We're particularly interested in teachers who understand early development, communication and how to build learning through practical activities.

The role includes:

• Planning around pupils' developmental stages and individual needs.

• Using sensory, practical and communication-focused activities.

• Developing early literacy, numeracy and independence.

• Working closely with Teaching Assistants.

• Recognising and recording small but meaningful steps in progress.

You'll need QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. SEND school experience is welcome, alongside relevant experience supporting additional needs in mainstream settings.
