Job Description:
EHC Coordinators We’re supporting a well-established SEND & Inclusion Service in the South East England to recruit 14 permanent Post-14 EHC Coordinators.
Location: South East England (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: £32,378
Hours: Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact supporting young people aged 0–25 with SEND, ensuring high-quality, outcome-focused EHCPs are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage EHCP processes end-to-end, including reviews and amendments
- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and SEND legislation
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals
- Act as a key point of contact, offering guidance and support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements
Essential Requirements:- Post-14 experience
- Strong EHCP management experience
- Previous Local Authority experience
