- Position: Electrician
- Location: Bromley and surrounding areas
- Salary: £47,000 per annum

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in electrical maintenance and repairs
- Experience working within social housing is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
- Diagnosing electrical faults and completing remedial works.
- Undertaking inspection and testing where required.
- Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety standards.
- Providing a professional service to residents and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
