Position: Engineering Manager
Salary: £57,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Overtime: Available & Optional
Location: Greenock

We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join our client’s dedicated Engineering team in their commitment in providing a high standard of service output for their customers.

Engineering Manager Required Qualifications:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
• Car Driving licence
• Supervisory/Managerial Experience specifically in the HGV/PSV industry (non-negotiable)
  

Engineering Manager Main Duties:

• Daily management of the engineering function
• Ensuring the fleet of PSVs are maintained to DVSA standards
• Achieving maximum vehicle availability & continually improving standards
• Direct influence on Health & Safety, compliance, culture, fatigue management & employee wellbeing
• Collaborate, as a member of the senior engineering & local management teams, with colleagues to further develop the business within budgetary guidelines
