FMCG (non-food)
West / North Yorkshire
Monday - Friday
£60,000 - £65,000
Magnet Recruit is looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor, to join a busy FMCG envionment. This is a hearts and minds piece, ideally looking for somebody that has a track record of bringing teams on a journey of development. This isn't an ivory tower posiiton... You're going to be in the thick of it, developing an exceptional team that is keen on learning and fine tuning their craft.
About you?
- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer, Engineering Supervisor or Maintenance Manager looking after a small but efficient engineering department
- Initiate and lead on strategic works, key skills matrix overview and development of internal and future talent
- Be a strong number 2 to the Engineering Manager, work closely to the benefit of the whole department and site
