Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with an exceptional manufacturing company to recruit for a EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR to support the Export Sales Manager in creating an exceptional customer journey

Daily duties

• Process customer orders and ensure customer receives order acknowledgments
• Take responsibility for the order management flow, liaising with all departments as and when required
• Respond to customer enquiries and action
• Record activity in Company Salesforce CRM
• Organise transport for non-standard deliveries and ensure on time
• Export administration such as Commercial invoices, Bill of laden, EUR1's etc

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment and have experience within a export admin / project admin / sales admin based role

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 with a Companywide bonus scheme
