Coffee Engineer / Field Service Engineer

West Sussex, Surrey & Kent

£38,000 - £42,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime + Company Van

Woodrow Mercer Engineering is recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer / Coffee Engineer to join a market-leading organisation covering West Sussex, Surrey and Kent.

We are looking for experienced Coffee Engineers, but we are also keen to hear from engineers with transferable skills from the following industries:

• White Goods
• Vending
• EPOS
• Gaming
• Commercial Catering
• Commercial Laundry
• Refrigeration
• Electrical Field Service

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial coffee machines
• Fault finding on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Installation and commissioning of coffee equipment
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Field-based role covering West Sussex, Surrey and Kent

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Service Engineer
• Coffee machine experience desirable but not essential
• Engineers from White Goods, Vending, EPOS, Commercial Catering, Refrigeration, Commercial Laundry or Gaming will be considered
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
