Are you a qualified and experienced Finance Director seeking a new permanent opportunity? 

Our superb client based in Cambridge, is seeking a Finance Director to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

As Finance Director, you will be responsible for:-

• The full financial control of the business including budgeting, financial planning and forecasting
• Producing financial accounts and overseeing statutory reporting
• Leadership of the senior Finance members, developing and coaching them, performing 121’s and appraisals.
• Continuous improvement of the financial team and department including systems and processes
• Support business acquisitions and investments
• Working with the senior leadership team to enhance revenue and growth

To be considered for the role of Finance Director, you will have a strong financial director level background within a logistics / engineering type industry, experience of leading a senior finance team.  You will be fully qualified in ACCA / CIMA / ACA or similar, with strong financial acumen.  You will have strong communications skills and the ability to provide financial updates to the senior leadership team, an effective team player, highly professional and a great problem solver.

In return, for the role of Finance Director, you will receive a salary of c£120,000, car allowance / company car, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays, pension, on site parking and much more.
