Job Description:

Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager

We are looking for a proactive Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager to join a live care home project approaching handover later this year.

This role would suit someone ambitious and hands-on, ideally coming from an Assistant Site Manager background, who enjoys being out on site driving quality and pushing internals through to completion.

You'll be focused on all internal works including:

• Fit out coordination
• Snagging and de-snagging
• Quality control
• Managing subcontractors
• Ensuring plots/areas are handed over to a high standard

Requirements:

• Previous experience on residential, care home or similar build projects
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Good subcontractor management skills
• Organised and driven approach
• Ability to work closely with the wider site team to achieve programme deadlines
