Freelance Site Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a joinery background to oversee an internals package on an existing project in Stirling.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, hands-on Site Manager with a proven track record of managing site operations, coordinating trades and delivering internal works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a strong joinery or internal fit-out background.

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications.

• Strong experience overseeing site teams, subcontractors and internal packages.

• Excellent organisational, communication and programme management skills.

• A strong focus on health and safety, quality control and meeting project deadlines.

• Evidence of previous projects delivered, along with reliable references.

The Opportunity

• Existing project based in Stirling.

• Start available in the coming weeks.

• Anticipated contract duration until April 2027.

• Opportunity to oversee and manage an internals package through to completion.
