Full Stack Engineer – JavaScript / TypeScript / React / Next.js

Technify Talent is recruiting an experienced Full Stack Engineer for a fast-paced startup environment.

We’re looking for someone with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, hands-on experience with React and Next.js, and sound engineering judgement. You’ll combine established software development experience with regular, practical use of AI coding agents to build and improve software.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing full-stack applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Taking ownership of features from requirements through to delivery.
• Using AI coding agents throughout your workflow, reviewing and validating their output.
• Solving technical problems and adapting as requirements and priorities evolve.

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial full-stack development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js.
• Solid engineering foundations developed before AI coding tools became commonplace.
• Frequent use of coding agents in your day-to-day work, with no preference for a particular tool or provider.
• The ability to work independently and make pragmatic technical decisions.

Useful extras

• Familiarity with Python backend technologies.
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup with changing priorities.
