Birmingham City Centre
£25,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: £30,000-£35,000+
Full Time | Permanent
7:30am-4:30pm (Reduced Hours During School Holidays)

Smile Education is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Birmingham team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. No recruitment experience is required. We'll provide full training, ongoing coaching and a clear pathway to Senior Consultant, Management and Leadership roles.

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage a 360 recruitment desk, combining sales, relationship building and business development.

You'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with clients and education professionals
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Developing new business through sales activity and networking
• Attending client meetings and school visits
• Negotiating offers and managing placements
• Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals

About You
We're looking for graduates who are:

• Degree educated in any discipline
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Confident communicators with strong people skills
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and build a successful career

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, sport, customer service, fundraising, events or leadership roles is beneficial but not essential.
